VOTANIKOS FACTORY RENOVATION

Votanikos Factory is an industrial metal building, initially constructed in 2006 but abandoned few years later. Its new owners found it in a very bad condition after an auction bidding in 2024, totally inappropriate for any use.

With a total surface area of 265 sq.m in a plot of land of 215 sq.m., this metal building was totally renovated and delivered to the owners within 4 months, to host the main offices as well as part of the production line of their manufacturing company.

Made entirely of metal frame, the building is developed on 2 levels: on the ground floor and on the first level, each with a surface area of 132,5 sq.m.

The ground floor was formed to host the production line of the company, with an electromechanical installation that covers motor power of 50kW.

The first floor (half of it) was formed to host the central offices as well as some of the storage needs of the company (the rest).
