5North is a complex of 3 modern apartments, developed on 4 levels as follows:
- “a” level, apartment of 85 sq.m., with veranda 113 sq.m.
- “b” level, apartment of 89 sq.m.
- “c” & “d” level maisonette of 97 sq.m.
All apartments have 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom and toilet.
They also have a storage room and a parking space in the basement.
The primary purpose of the complex is to combine aesthetics with the functionality of the building, making the most of the potential of the plot. The large outdoor areas are a continuation of the living areas of all apartments. The large openings extend their interior, both visually and experientially, significantly increasing their area and at the same time offering the possibility of direct contact with the natural environment.
5North is located at the junction of Agriniou and Gythiou streets, in a privileged point of Maroussi. Although it is a stone’s throw from the largest commercial and business center in the northern suburbs, the main roads and transportation routes and the sports facilities of OAKA, 5North, due to its special location, provides its occupants with the tranquility of a purely residential area.
Built on a “pedestal” of exposed concrete, 5North dominates due of its special design. The surrounding views are enlarged, while at the same time the privacy of the occupants in relation to the level of the street is protected as well outdoor planting acts as a visual limit.
